My experience with the staff was frustrating. they seemed disorganized and were not there to greet us upon our arrival. Moreover, I faced issues with the room assignment, which resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth communication about our belongings left behind in the incorrect room.

I stayed in a Small Double Room for 1 night. The views were incredible, especially from the room with those double-opening windows. Super clean sheets and pillows made it comfy, but the room felt a bit cramped. The breakfast on the balcony overlooking Capri was a nice touch. Would love to come back just for that view!
